Snow day

"Yoga doesn't ask us to believe, it asks us to practice, examining our experience until we can witness the truth in the book of our own heart".

So, I'm on a Blog roll today! I'm snowed in with a sick, 7 year old boy at home. Have enjoyed quiet at home practice the past two days and simple domestic tasks like lots of laundy. I love how yoga reminds me to find beauty wherever I am. (ok, I did get thrown up on this morning, but I've moved on from that . . : ) The art of non-attachment is helpful, too.
